The Minister of Finance issued Circular 60/2022/TT-BTC on October 3, 2022, outlining the areas and time frame for persons in positions to not be allowed from establishing and running businesses.

Accordingly, after leaving a position or position of responsibility, a person is not permitted to launch or run a business in the areas for which he or she was previously accountable for management, including:

1. State administration over accounting and auditing
2. State administration of securities and securities market.
3. State administration of insurance.

1. State administration of customs.
2. State administration of prices.
3. State administration of taxes, fees, charges and other state budget revenues.
4. State administration of corporate finance and management of State capital in enterprises.
5. State administration of national reserves.

1. Management of borrowing and repayment of domestic and foreign debt of the government, public debt, foreign debt of the nation, international aid for Vietnam, and loans and aid from Vietnam to foreign countries.
2. State administration of state’s budget.
3. State administration of public property.

Circular 60/2022/TT-BTC shall take effect from November 17, 2022.
