Viet Australia Auditing – 17 Years Together: We Are Together

2024 marks the 17th anniversary of Viet Australia Auditing (October 20, 2007 – October 20, 2024). The entire company participated in a meaningful trip to Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan from October 17 to 19 to celebrate this memorable milestone. Under the theme We Are Together – Viet Australia Together, the trip was a time for rest and an opportunity to bond, share, and create beautiful memories for the company’s 17th year.
After checking in at the resort, the team kicked off the event with small games on the beach. With creativity and skill, the teams quickly chose their team names and slogans, ready to take on the challenges set by the organizers.
On the evening of the first day, there was an unscripted program with no competition, just a cozy gathering in the hall where people shared simple stories about their lives and work. Some stories had never been told before, emotions that had never been expressed joys, and sorrows all were shared and listened to by the team members.
The next morning began with the We Are Together team-building program. The teams took on exciting challenges where they had to complete three tasks within one hour, with team members rotating every 15 minutes. This required everyone to work closely together, understand each other’s roles, and ensure a seamless continuation of each task. Through teamwork, effort, and great coordination, the teams completed the challenges and together pieced together the meaningful Viet Australia – 17 – We Are Together picture.
The program concluded with a Gala Dinner in a lively and friendly atmosphere. During his speech at the Gala, Mr. Phạm Quốc Hải, the company’s General Director, shared: “Viet Australia at 17 has faced many challenges but has also achieved numerous proud accomplishments. I hope the company will continue to strive and that future generations will carry on the legacy, contributing to the company’s transformation as it navigates a new era filled with challenges and opportunities.”
With music and laughter filling the air, everyone enjoyed the dinner, sharing fun stories and joyful moments. The trip was made even better by the perfect weather, delicious food, and relaxing, enjoyable moments together. Here’s to another year filled with energy, enthusiasm, and the continued growth of Viet Australia—together.
